Erin & Seth
We didn’t break the rules, we just took some pictures of our really cute friends at sunset all while maintaining a decent distance apart. And yes, we of course frolicked in the grass and Zach and I tripped over each other trying to get that perfect shot but it did feel different and I would be lying if I said that it didn’t.
There was no paycheck and no deadline but that wasn’t what was so odd. I didn’t get to hug these two goodbye like we would any other day. I had to apologize if I sidestepped a little close while we walked because I didn’t want to be rude. I didn’t want to fix a strand of hair out of place because well, perfection isn’t more important than vitality.
So yeah okay, maybe we did break the rules. Maybe just a little. But it did feel good to be so excited to edit again, the photos were already imported to the iPad before we left the parking lot and a sneak peak was sent before our 15 minute drive home was complete.
It felt good to capture emotion, I was high on that feeling for the rest of the night.
